We buy and sell furniture, home decor, antiques and CeCe Caldwell Chalk and Clay Paints. We also hold in home Estate Sales. Let us price, stage & sell it!
We opened in January of 2009 with approximately half of our current space. In June of 2012 we expanded into the remainder of the building when the bookstore we shared space with closed.
We buy and consign everything from full estates to single pieces. We specialize in good quality used upholstered pieces, bedroom pieces, dining room pieces, living room pieces, lamps, pictures and home decor. Our consignment is a 50/50 split and the items must be priced to sell within 60 days. We offer pickup of consignment items for a fee or they may be brought to the store by appointment on Sunday evening or Monday morning. Our outright purchase price varies by item. We also carry new pieces such as several styles of dining room chairs, occasional chairs, mirrors and curtains.
We have a staff of 15 people who work in the store as well as several individuals who help us pick up estates and deliver furniture.

We are retailers for the following products: CeCe Caldwall's Paints, Howard Restor-A-Finish products, Cheerful Giver Candles and car fresheners, Kathy box signs, Longview Farms Goats Milk Soaps, Inis of Ireland Fragrances, and Churchills Coffee. We also have an assortment of glass knobs, burlap curtains & bedding and greeting cards.
We offer beginning paint classes for our CeCe Caldwall's Paints approximately 6 times a year. The cost is $65 and you recieve discounts on all paints and brushes for 6 months following class. Classes are held on Sunday evenings from 4pm-8pm. Our next available class is October 2, 2016.
We offer delivery within the city limits of Ozark for $30, the city limits of Springfield or Nixa for $40 and by the mile to other locations. Anything that will fit in our delivery van can be delivered for one price. If our trailer is required, a $10 surcharge is added.
We offer a 60 day layaway. We require a 25% deposit of the amount including tax and two equal payments at 30 days and 60 days. We do not offer discounts using layaway. Once the item is moved to our storage facility, the 25% deposit is nonrefundable. Any payments beyond the 25% deposit will only be refunded in store credit if the item is not taken.
